The Human Resources Deparment define skill of candidates. The deparment approve or disapprove candidates according the defined skills. Than sends the results to the HR departments. The department spend 3 minutes for per application. That equals to 120 hours effort in every week.
Solution

Sending Case Study Link
Challenge
The Human Resources Department sends case study links to candidates via e-mail. After the sending link, the department have to update candidate’s information in the main HR app. It takes 3 days every month.

Case Study Reminder
Challenge
The candidates should complete the case study after the HR department sent them. The HR department sends a reminder if candidates don’t complete their case study in 12 days. If candidates do not complete the case study even after a reminder, the department archive candidates into the system.
Solution
UiPath Robot takes data of candidates and check their case study status. UiPath Robot send reminder if there is no action from candidates after the 12 days. The robot archive the candidates to the system after 16 days.

Challenge
The HR deparment evaluate the result of case study. If the candidates do not achieve the required score, the deparment send information e-mail to candidates and archive their information. If the candidates achieve the required score, their status are updated from the system by the department. It takes 3 days of a month.

UiPath Robot takes data of candidate’s score and evaluate. According to the result the robot archive or update the candidate’s status.
