Sending Information E-mail to Candidates Who Have Negative Job Interview
Challenge
The Human Resources Department send informative e-mail manually to who had a negative job interview. The Human Resources Department have to check the list regularly and spend their time for this work process everyday. This would be equal to 1 man/day every week also that means 4 man/day every month.
Solution
The UiPath robot automated the process of sending negative e-mails to the candidates in the specified format by reading the list of candidates, which ended the interview negatively.

Addig New Planes to the Fleet
Challenge
When the department adding new planes to the fleet, they kept excel documents with a large number of rule sets, such as controls, maintenance, and within which class rules the plane would be controlled. Moreover, this was the starting part of the relevant business process. These documents has exceeding thousands of excel complex rows. According to Flight Rules, no mistake is acceptable, so this job take too long and difficult human efforts. While doing this jobs 4-5 employees spend 3-4 weeks.
Solution
UiPath Robot started to classify the planes according from prepared excel document according to international flight rules of planes.

Domestic / International Reconciliation
Challenge
Finance department done Domestic & International Reconciliation Report for all company one by one. An Employee spends 3.5 days in a month and send these report mails to related companies.
Solution
The process was decided to be automated, as the relevant current reconciliation data were in a digital environment, creating an easy ground for robotic automation to be implemented. UiPath Robot takes data from the relevant tables. After the taking data Uipath Robot create new data for reconciliation and send relavant departments via e-mail.

The accounting department enter the invoices into the accounting software application. They spend 1 minute for per invoice. Department gets average 500 invoices monthly. That number of transactions causes spending a lot of worktime because of quantity and diversity of invoice formats. This situation also causes mistakes and delay in completing process.

Invoices are read by OCR technology and robots sets data to accounting app.

Challenge

They spend their 20 minutes everyday for this process. That makes 6 hour/man monthly. The request of the employees to use the time spent in theory for this simple process for more complex jobs has led to the necessity of using robots.

Comparison of Proformas Applied in Flights
Challenge
The deparments had to check flights which had proforma invoices. The process takes too long time which is like one day a week according to the size of the flight data. Also it is hard to collecting all proforma invoices data in one common excel document that makes the process more complex.
Solution
The UiPath robot has classified the proformas that can be applied for each flight with a certain set of rules in the data excel document sent by the units. In the size of the data and the excess of the control phase, the business unit wanted to automate a certain part of the process and action have taken in this direction.

Challenge
The cost department determines the costs with the tour operator before the flight. The costs must be controlled after the flight in case of lacks or excesses. These controls are checked from excel documents with big data. The control process would be complex because of size of document which has thousand rows. Estimating effort of process depends of flights. As a airlines company these flights are not a small number at all. It takes 1 man/week effort.
Solution
Uipath Robot start to drawn data from tables which have containing costs information. After that, costs incurred for the flights have created and compared with the costs incurred after the flight took place.

Challenge
The Accounting and Finance Department send the list of companies, which need to be reconciled, to Business Applications Development Department. The Business Applications Development Department was performing simple but time-wasting business processes such as uploading reconcilitions, creating covers and converting the excel format to pdf. Also, they were sending these pdf files to the related companies one by one by e-mail. The process takes 1 man/day effort monthly.
Solution
Uipath Robot has started to take data from Accounting and Finance department for reconciliation. Uipath robot has aoutomated uploading the received data, creating a cover for the file and converting the file to pdf.The created reconciliations have sent to the relevant companies by Uipath robot.

Editing and Reporting of International GDS Sales Files
Challenge
International Relations and Trade Agreements department sent GDS sales documents to all deparments and their managers via e-mail. The repetition of the process on a daily basis was spending 20 minutes a day for employees.

Uipath Robot start to organize GDS Sales Files according to the determined criteria on a daily basis. After that the files and daily sales numbers have been sent to the department and the department manager by e-mail via UiPath robot without the need for any triggers.
